The Spanish siesta!



Traveling to foreign countries is never an easy experience but it will always be a memorable one in more ways than one. Travel, broadens ones horizons and that is more true when it comes to Spain than any other country. When one thinks of Spain, all one can think of is how lucky they are. To be allowed to take a siesta during work and then getting paid for it. We all know what will happen to us if we go to sleep in the afternoon while at work, don't we? But they have such a wide exposure to different cultures and customs that Spain today is a hot pot of Catalan, Spanish,Moorish and Turkish influences in all aspects of its society. But the one thing that has not changed is their passion for the Torres! To travel to Spain one must definitely visit Torre de Bujaco, Muralla de Avila where one can enjoy the fantastic sights that these places have your visit would truly be a memorable one in more than one way!

Spain can never truly be Spain without the city of Barcelona, the city and its history alone makes it definitely a must see place on every tourist's book. This city is definitely stepped in history and its cathedrals are a marvel to see. The cuisine and the Barcelona tapas are not something to be sneezed at. They really get your juices flowing. You should definitely try to visit the Sagrada Familia, La Boqueria, Gothic quarter amongst the other places.

Traveling to Madrid is very easy as there are various transport options that are readily available and will take you to that fabled city in no time at all. The Madrid cuisine is really tasty and lip smacking and the places that one can go to while here are countless. Some of the places that you can probably visit while you are here are the Prado museum, botanical gardens, royal palace amongst others.
