The Coca cola wars never seem to end on any level. As the year ending draws near and the season of 'doing good' is upon us, one would think that the big cola giants would at the very least bury the hatchet and get along at least for the festival season.
This is the time of all the major festivals ranging from Deepavali to Xmas. But it seems that the big corporates especially the Cola ones, Coca cola and Pepsi have not heard of this.

As such they are busy going at each other throats, I can understand that they do not like each other, but if they continue the way that they are doing so, well sooner or later they will realise that their fights are only serving to emphasise how stupid they really are.

In this day and age of the cutthroat business, we all will have one big smile on our faces if something bad were to happen to our competition. And lets face facts, neither coca cola and Pepsi are going to be sharing the same banner for some time to come but at the least they both will share the same space in this blog! Grow up guys!

Spanish tortilla in the making!

I have tried my hand at making the 'Spanish tortilla' and I have to say that it was an unmitigated disaster. First of all, the potatoes did not cook properly, that is there were lumps in the potatoes that were not cooked at all. To add insult to injury, the onions did not cook evenly either.
On top of all this, I had to add the egg and the melted butter along with the herbs. All I ended up getting in the end was one fiasco that is not worthwhile remembering about. But I am determined to get it right this time around, I have taken the recipe down from this online site and shall try my luck again by the day after tomorrow. I will update all of you as regards my efforts in the Spanish tortilla experience!

Escalators and Blind trust!

Today we have Escalators in almost every shopping mall in the city and lets face it, we all love them. After all, Escalators are just another reason to be a little more lazy. But not everyone is comfortable with the Escalator and there are even some of us who are downright scared to step on one.
